Jake is a global urban innovator with a specialization in behavioral design. His mission is to assist cities in truly centering people at the heart of technological adoption in a way that maximizes impact based on patterns of real human behavior.
Jake currently acts as the design and Technology manager at The Connective, a smart region consortium bringing cities together to accelerate responsible technology adoption and reduce barriers in all their forms to advancing public sector innovation. Jake is also a member of Urban Innovators Global, a worldwide think tank advancing urban Innovation.
Additionally, continues to help grow the digital development industries in Arizona through the Arizona Digital Development Authority. The ADDA works with industry, academia and government to foster creative industries across digital development including gaming, AR/VR, streaming, esports, AI, digital twins and more.
