Rachel McClure is the Assistant Collector for Water-Refuse and Support Services with the City of St. Louis Collector of Revenue's Office, where she has served for more than 15 years. She oversees customer service, payment processing, facilities, support services, and cross-departmental initiatives that improve government operations and the resident experience.
Rachel has played a key role in implementing digital government solutions and regularly works with city departments, elected officials, and external partners to deliver innovative, and customer-focused services. A graduate of the University of Missouri St. Louis with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Spanish, Rachel is passionate about leveraging technology to make local government more efficient, accessible, and responsive for the communities it serves.
