My name is Frantz Francois, and I have the privilege of leading Information Technology Security & Risk (MITSR) for the City of Mableton. As one of Georgia's newest cities, I've had the unique opportunity to help build our technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation strategy from the ground up. My passion is using technology to solve real-world challenges, strengthen cybersecurity, modernize government services, and improve how cities serve their communities. I believe innovation and security must go hand in hand. Whether we're implementing new technologies, preparing for AI, improving IT governance, or building a smarter and more connected city, my focus is always on creating practical solutions that deliver long-term value for employees, residents, and community stakeholders. I'm excited to share our journey, the lessons we've learned, and how even newer or smaller municipalities can embrace innovation while building a strong and secure technology foundation.
