Geoffrey is dedicated to harnessing the power of technology and strategic partnerships to create smarter, more resilient, and inclusive communities. As Product and Partnerships Lead for the City of San Antonio, Geoffrey consults across city departments, identifying business challenges, conducting market analyses, and negotiating with industry-leading vendors to implement innovative technology solutions. He also leads the SmartSA Partnership, a collaboration among nine major public-sector agencies, aimed at fostering efficiencies, driving innovation, and building a connected and equitable San Antonio.
Prior to this role, Geoffrey managed Smart City partnerships at a leading government technology company in New York, where he expanded operations to seven new states and launched multimillion-dollar initiatives across 12 cities. Earlier in his career, Geoffrey spent six years in Washington, D.C., advocating for public and private sector clients on legislative and regulatory matters related to transportation, economic development, and environmental policy. Additionally, he held key positions in the Texas State Legislature, where he gained deep experience in public sector governance.
Geoffrey holds a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in sustainable urban systems from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin.
