Stacey Matlen

Partnership for New York City

Stacey is the Director of Innovation Programs at the Partnership for New York City. Prior to joining the Partnership, Stacey worked with the City of Detroit’s Office of Mobility Innovation where she worked to understand Detroit residents’ core mobility challenges and developed and launched new mobility solutions to help solve those needs. She also founded a startup, Cart, which enabled low income individuals to gain access to well-stocked grocery stores through a subsidized rideshare program to healthy food. Stacey has a MPH and a BA with high distinction from the University of Michigan.
