Sridhar Kowdley is a Technical Manager at DHS Science and Technology’s Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA) and the Office for Interoperability and Compatibility in the Science and Technology Directorate, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In his role, he is currently responsible for several projects including DHS’s First Responder Electronic Jamming program, Project 25 Compliance Assessment Program and leads projects in 5G advanced use cases and communications systems for DHS missions and Next Generation 911 Systems Standards and Interoperability testing. He has nearly 40 years of experience in program management, engineering and analysis of civilian, commercial and defense telecommunications systems and networks. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and is a Project Management Professional.
