With extensive experience in telecommunications and strategic planning, Harvey collaborates with public and private partners to deliver a future-ready broadband network that supports Chesapeake’s economic growth, public safety, and sustainability goals. His work integrates emerging technologies such as LoRaWAN and Private LTE to enhance city services ranging from traffic management to environmental monitoring.
