Josh Henges has worked in this field for about 15 years. As a freshman in college, he started a street outreach program as his introduction into the population and the problem of homelessness and hasn’t stopped. He currently works for the city of Kansas City with goal of creating the infrastructure and systems that bring about an end to homelessness in KC.
