Jaime Sucher is a Systems Development Specialist with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. With the St. Louis Collector of Revenue, she has written and designed multiple programs currently in production, including a fully automated e-filing program linking the Property Tax Department to the St. Louis City Civil Court, as well as a complete solution for the Water/Refuse Department that integrates with an AS400 legacy mainframe system. She currently serves as a developer of Janus, the office's new Earnings Tax program, where she designs data pipelines and reporting solutions built on SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS/Power BI Report Server.

Jaime is currently a programmer with a focus on VB.NET development in Visual Studio, and is also proficient in C#, C++, JSON, and HTTP website development. Her work spans the full lifecycle of municipal tax and revenue systems, from backend data processing and mainframe integration to the reporting tools that give staff and the public clear, accurate financial information. She specializes in building reliable, automated workflows that reduce manual effort and error, particularly in high-stakes areas like tax reporting, court filings, and utility billing.
