Ann is Crown Castle’s External Affairs Manager for the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia,

Maryland, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, supporting Crown Castle’s three lines of business: small

cells, fiber, and tower solutions. In this role she is responsible for building and maintaining relationships

with jurisdictions and third-party advocacy and business organizations across the region.

Having worked in the telecommunications infrastructure industry for over twenty-three years, Ann

started her career fresh out of graduate school at the University of Michigan where she earned a Master

of Urban Planning. With experience on both the carrier and the infrastructure owner sides of the

business, Ann is passionate about building relationships and advocating on behalf of Crown Castle’s

efforts in the communities it serves.

While not working, Ann enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. Ann

especially delights in traveling with friends and reading, and is thrilled to be living in Charlotte, where

the ocean and mountains are easily accessible in a day’s drive.
