Ryan Salm joined Crown Castle in June 2023 as a Senior Manager of Business Development and is

responsible driving Crown’s in-building wireless solutions, with the goal of establishing Crown as the

leading provider of in-building wireless solutions that leverage shared infrastructure.

With over twenty years’ experience in the wireless industry, Ryan brings expertise in wireless

infrastructure and devices from a variety of roles spanning business development, technical marketing,

and product management. Previously at Mavenir, Ryan was focused on strategic marketing and sales

enablement to grow Mavenir’s end to end network software and radio business. Prior to joining

Mavenir, Ryan was at Dell where he held positions in partner marketing, business development and

product management. He has also held similar positions previously at Nokia (Alcatel) and Nortel

Networks.

Ryan holds a master’s degree in business administration from University of Texas-Dallas and completed

his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where he received a B.S. in Computer

Engineering.
