Mark has over 30 years of global Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) experience.
He was the lead EHS professional for over 100 projects for public and private sector clients
totaling over $500 million. Mark is a permitting expert at federal, state and local level.
His job is to maximize safety. Mark serves as the Point of Contact for federal, state, and
local regulatory agencies to get necessary permits to ensure projects are regulatory
compliant and to ensure worker protection and OSHA compliance.
Mark graduated with a B.S. from University of Montana and M.S. from Virginia
Commonwealth.
