Michael works for FrontDesk as North American Director of eGov Solutions. In this capacity he supports public institutions optimize their resources utilizing FrontDesk’s Queue and Appointment flow solutions. FrontDesk solutions address the most common challenges citizens who engage with public institutions face - encountering long wait time in queues or being unaware of the processes to obtain the services they require.
Before FrontDesk, Michael had a long career working with some of the world's leading technology companies, such as Oracle and Sizmek (now a part of Amazon Ads). More recently, Michael worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark with Investment Promotion, helping North American companies establish their business in the Danish market.
