Lena Geraghty is the founder of Data Spark Consulting where she helps mission-driven organizations solve their operational problems and ensures that the focus is on achievable outcomes. Previously Lena has served as the Director of Sustainability and Innovation at National League of Cities, the first Director of Innovation and Performance Management for the City of Portland, ME, and a senior advisor for the What Works Cities Initiative at the Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University. Through all of these positions, Lena has ensured that nonprofit and local government leaders are able to move beyond the status quo, centering their local experiences, data-informed decision making, and promising practices and policies.
