Saaya is an Energy Policy and Data Analyst at Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), where she leads digital transformation initiatives for Department of the Air Force clients. Her work focuses on advancing data governance and artificial intelligence implementation across complex enterprise systems.
With over five years of experience at the intersection of innovation, technology, and policy, Saaya brings a multidisciplinary perspective to solving technical and organizational challenges. Prior to CTC, she worked at Hawaiian Electric Company on emergency planning and preparedness initiatives and held prestigious internships at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
Saaya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and International Studies from American University and is a published author in International Studies Perspectives.
