Cesar R. Hernandez is the Founder and Managing Director of Omni Public, a global consulting firm in government relations, public affairs, and innovation strategy guiding nations, enterprises, and cities through the transformation of the AI era. Through its innovation arm, Omni | X, he is developing agentic AI infrastructure that unites drones, robots, and civic systems to help cities think, respond, and protect their people.
Cesar holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and is currently an Equity Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where he is helping to define the principles that will allow humanity and artificial intelligence to evolve in harmony rather than conflict. Cesar is also developing AI agents at MIT’s AI Venture Studio.
Cesar’s work explores the intersection of humanity and artificial intelligence, ensuring technology strengthens democracy, resilience, and shared progress. He has advised organizations including Tesla, Google, Apple, GM, Ford, Bird, and Hyperloop Transportation Technologies on innovation, policy, and public trust.
