Ben Allen is the Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer at GreenLite, where he leads business expansion and new vertical efforts which support GreenLite’s mission of improving and accelerating city planning and construction permitting across the United States. Ben has built his expertise as a business expansion operator by rapidly growing the footprint of private equity and venture backed businesses, like Driven Brands | Take 5 Oil Change, Wheels Labs and Gopuff.
Ben started his career as a Naval Officer and Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy following graduation and commissioning from the United States Naval Academy. He obtained his MBA from Wharton following the Navy. Ben lives in Austin, TX with his husband Xavier and his longhaired dachshund, Sergeant Waffles.
