David A. Naylor is the president and CEO of Rayburn Electric Cooperative, a generation and transmission utility serving four distribution co-ops across sixteen counties in northeast Texas. His 30-plus years in the energy sector span technical consulting at C.H. Guernsey & Company and executive leadership at Rayburn, where he has championed a culture of integrity, innovation, and adaptability. Naylor is also the co-author of the Forbes Books-published 'Status Quo Is Not Company Policy: Empowering Innovation through Adaptive Leadership,' which reached #1 on Amazon in nine categories. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
