Jeffrey J. Cook is a renewable energy market and policy analyst at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. His focus areas include state and local policy, renewable technology cost reduction, energy resilience, and corporate procurement. He received his PhD in political science from Colorado State University in 2017, where he was an instructor of environmental and public policy courses. He received his Master of Science in environmental science and policy from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay in 2012.
