She specializes in strategic business relationship development and smart city solution design for government agencies. Her dedication to improving the lives of all citizens drives her passion for bringing people, ideas, processes, and opportunities together to create smarter high impact communities. Shannon is a former attorney and lobbyist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, IA.
