Dr. DeVilliers is a former Marine Corps officer and war veteran who has held several high-level positions in government and the commercial world. He was the Chief Engineer for the Systems Engineering and Integration Division and PM Ground C2 Systems for the Marine Corps. He founded DeVil-Tech in 2012, providing systems and software engineering to the Department of Defense. DeVil-Tech is now producing a GIS-type application and Global communications system being used by key customers, such as the Bahamas, for emergency management and disaster relief.
