With over a decade of program management and operations experience and a Master's in Energy and Environmental Policy, Matt Stern has a strong combination of management skills and a deep understanding of the technical and social aspects of energy systems. He currently serves as Senior Director of Commerical Programs for the Philadelphia Energy Authority.
