Andrea studied a double major of Political Science and History at the Univerisy of Ottawa and holds a certificate in Digital Marketing from McMaster University.As an Online Community Engagement manager for CitizenLab , Andrea introduces organizations to an online approach to community engagement by sharing best practices and current project examples from other organizations in the United States and Canada. Andrea works closely with our Government Success team to ensure the implementation handoff leads to a succesful launch for our government partners. Over the past five years, Andrea has managed and observed the succesful execution of a digital strategy for community engagement for hundreds of organizations.
